Here are the revised set of logos. I have also added a 4th design for the logo.
Note that for the 4th design, I have added a one-liner logo version, wherein the music stand have been removed. I'm thinking of using this style for the top of the jeepney design concept. The chosen logo design will follow the same format when adapted to the jeepney's nameplate area.

CONCEPT EXECUTION
http://manilamanilah.blogspot.com/2010/06/concepts-for-poster-design.html
If we will be going for concept 2, here's a very rough sketch of what can be done to this concept.
As what Allan have suggested, we can use "sarimanok" to represent the Philippines and "Merlion" to represent Singapore. Musical elements have also been added and the date of the concert have been used for the plate number. The driver will be wearing a suit, while some people singing can be added to the side of the jeepney. (I'm not sure if this would look baduy?)

I'm not sure if you can imagine the final illustration, but as what Suzette have pointed out, "class and elegance" must still be maintained inspite of these burst of colours. Rest assured that I will keep that in mind so as not to make our posters look "baduy" and avoid the "high school" look that Kiko had pointed out earlier. This can be achieved by creating a more matured and elegant illustration style, just like the one shown below.

POSTER LAYOUT
I'm thinking of placing Psalmideo's logo on top...something like, Psalmideo presents...
Manila ManiLAH followed by copy.
I'm just not sure if this format will be redundant, as the "Manila ManiLAH" title will be repeated at the nameplate area of the jeepney.

DESIGN PROCESS
If this concept will be pushed through, here's a summary of the design process that we need to follow:
1. Presentation of line drawings to the group/marketing team.
This is to ensure that everybody has agreed on the design elements.
2. Colour application. Watercolour washes will be applied to the approved illustration.
Minor colour adjustments can be done through photoshop. Major design changes will not be accepted at this stage of the design process.
3. Final drawing and poster layout will be presented to the group/marketing team for approval.
Your cooperation on giving the comments will be highly appreciated.
Thank you.
In behalf of the Marketing & Promotions Team,
Jessette
We can also place some "stickers" that will feature the title of some songs from the concert like "Inday sa Balitaw", "Panunumpa", etc.
